Job Description
FINJO is looking for a DevOps Engineering Intern to support infrastructure and deployment efforts. As an intern, you’ll gain exposure to modern DevOps practices by working alongside experienced engineers. You will help maintain and improve development workflows, support cloud environments, and contribute to automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability.
- Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Help with automation tasks using shell scripts or Python.
- Participate in monitoring systems and identifying performance issues.
- Write and maintain documentation for deployment processes and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the configuration of development and staging environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and shell scripting.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including security policies and IAM.
- Comfortable using Git and version control workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Solr or Hadoop-based systems.
- Experience with building automation pipelines.
- Understanding of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
