Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Cloud Engineer with expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and software development. This role focuses on building and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient cloud systems.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will design and implement solutions for complex, large-scale systems, collaborating across teams to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development and cloud engineering
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Go, Python, Java, or Bash)
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Oracle Cloud)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes in EKS, GKE, or AKS)
• Networking expertise (VPCs, subnets, routing, transit gateways, NAT gateways, proxies)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Familiarity with service discovery tools (Consul, Zookeeper) and secret management tools (HashiCorp Vault)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build Cloud Infrastructure: Develop secure, scalable cloud platforms
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate cloud deployments with Terraform and CloudFormation
• Kubernetes and Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized workloads
• Cloud Security and Governance: Implement security frameworks and compliance controls
• Automation and CI/CD: Maintain CI/CD pipelines for software deployment
• Networking and Connectivity: Configure cloud networking components
• Monitoring and Optimization: Enhance platform performance and cost efficiency
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs
• Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues efficiently
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in cloud technologies and platform engineering
