About the Role:
Join F5’s team to support distributed cloud security solutions and help customers securely deliver applications globally. This role blends customer support with technical engineering to resolve complex issues, improve product reliability, and ensure customer success in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to distributed cloud security
• Provide support via phone, email, Slack, and web portals
• Document solutions with technical notes, case studies, and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and development teams
• Manage critical security incidents and coordinate fixes
• Recommend improvements for supportability and system reliability

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IT operations, networking, and security incident management
• Experience with routing, switching, and Layer 7 protocols
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of data formats: XML, JSON, YAML
• Public cloud experience preferred (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with security products (Firewalls, WAFs, DDoS mitigation)
• Ability to read scripting and automation languages (Python, Shell, Ansible)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours occasionally
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology field
