Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analytics solutions using Python with exposure to Power BI
• Participate in the ETL process, preparing and manipulating data for analysis
• Assist in creating interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Conduct data analysis to identify insights, trends, and patterns
• Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions
• Maintain data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques
• Document workflows and findings to facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices
• Stay updated on the latest data analytics and visualization technologies
• Educate business users on analytics tools and methodologies
• Support business development activities like proposal creation and special projects

Required Skillset

• Strong foundational knowledge in Python for data analysis (academic projects or internships valued)
• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn interactive dashboard creation
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data accurately
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data concepts
