Role Overview
The Specialist I – Cloud Engineer will work on cloud transformation, distributed cloud systems, multi-cloud optimization, cloud automation, and end-to-end cloud performance engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure across public and hybrid platforms
- Provide intermediate cloud support and resolve multi-domain technical issues
- Monitor cloud platform health using enterprise-grade monitoring tools
- Develop and maintain cloud standards, reviewing vendor products and performance
- Perform patching, maintenance, backups, and cloud system tuning
- Mentor engineers and maintain cloud documentation
- Ensure cloud security posture, governance alignment, and compliance
- Build automation scripts for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and remediation
- Manage hybrid cloud operations ensuring uptime, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness
- Troubleshoot cloud workloads and drive root-cause prevention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Cloud Engineering / Cloud Operations experience
- Expertise in AWS Services, cloud databases, and CI/CD pipeline development
- Hands-on with Cloud Platform Development, cloud-native deployments
- Strong fundamentals in Networking, Cloud Security, IAM, VPC, Load Balancing
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Scripting: Bash, Python
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
