Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Engineers who are passionate about helping clients solve technical issues and improve their experience with our products. This is a client-facing role requiring technical troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step resolutions
  • Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements for products and services
  • Explain software features and usage to new and existing users
  • Provide technical training and develop knowledge-sharing materials (FAQs, help docs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems
  • Track and document support activities, issues, and resolutions
  • Analyze product malfunctions through scenario testing
  • Create simple scripts and tools to support troubleshooting
  • Maintain internal support databases for reference

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or client-facing engineering role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech, or related IT qualification
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in scripting/coding is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for analyzing and presenting data
  • Capable of working independently and within teams
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
