What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Software Engineer 2 with experience in building high-quality web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work on developing high-performing enterprise systems that help clients make strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Design

  • Design applications based on user needs in SCRUM team discussions.
  • Track projects, tasks, and bugs using the designated system.
  • Understand business requirements to create user-friendly applications.

• Development

  • Develop new applications and enhance existing functionalities.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize solutions.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve product functionality.
  • Ensure code quality and test coverage through TDD and peer code reviews.
  • Communicate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and customers.

• Product Testing

  • Ensure final product compliance with user specifications.
  • Test code functionality and make necessary changes.
  • Conduct code reviews to identify bugs and enhance quality.

• Maintenance & Support

  • Analyze and address post-deployment bugs.
  • Review user feedback and implement action plans.
  • Provide support to end-users of applications.

• General Duties

  • Train team members on agile development practices.
  • Ensure successful project completion and maintain technical quality.
  • Write concise documentation for applications and websites.
  • Explore and introduce new technologies to improve project efficiency.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, focusing on Microservices (Web API) and web applications.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Angular 2, Node.js, Entity Framework (or any ORM), and SQL.
• Familiarity with testing tools like MSTest, NUnit, and Jasmine (for Angular).
• Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud technology.
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, and GIT.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
