Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify program execution, handling processing variances and potential issues
• Manage production alerts and take necessary actions as per the run-book
• Create incident tickets and follow up until closure
• Maintain and adhere to production schedules, including ad-hoc requests
• Troubleshoot failures and determine the best course of action
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding daily production cycles
• Document operational activities, troubleshooting steps, and reports
• Ensure SLA adherence
• Flexible to work in different shifts (APAC, EMEA, NA)

Required Skills:

• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to articulate technical problems verbally and in writing
• Understanding of SQL and scheduling
• Familiarity with UNIX, LINUX, Windows environments
• Basic knowledge of Unix/PERL scripting
• Familiarity with job monitoring and scheduling tools

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of ITIL framework and operational best practices
• Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and domains
• Experience with Java/JavaScript/jQuery/CSS/HTML
• Knowledge of .NET: ASP.NET/C#
• Familiarity with hosting technologies (IIS, Apache, Tomcat)
