Role Overview

As a Junior IT & Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage daily IT operations, office network, VPN & firewall support, and employee access lifecycle. You will ensure smooth functioning of internal systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain network reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• System Setup & Onboarding: Configure laptops and systems for new joiners (OS, tools, VPN, access).
• Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• User Access Management: Handle user access, MFA, password resets, and offboarding.
• VPN & Firewall Operations: Support VPN and firewall management according to SOPs.
• Network Monitoring: Monitor LAN, WiFi, switches, and internet uptime.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain IT assets, access logs, and weekly reports.
