As a Graduate Trainee Engineer – Mechanical, you will contribute to the mechanical design of metering systems, from concept through construction and testing, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and international standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and identify project scope.
• Follow departmental and PMO processes for project execution.
• Generate and maintain project documents and drawings.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of project documentation.
• Prepare Enquiry Datasheets and Material Requisitions for mechanical components.
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance.
• Participate in Pre-FAT and FAT with customers.
• Create as-built documentation and handover to service teams.
• Perform engineering calculations like Pressure Drop, Pipe Wall Thickness, and Lifting Lug Calculations.

🛠️ Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas industry equipment, instruments, and structural work.
• Familiarity with piping, welding, and non-destructive testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Proactive approach in inspections and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost-efficiency.
