Job Description:

Elite Tech Corporation is a leading IT services company focused on delivering innovative digital business solutions. We are hiring a passionate Zoho Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic CRM and business automation team.

You will develop and customize Zoho CRM modules, create automation workflows, build extensions and marketplace applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and Deluge scripting. This role involves integration with third-party APIs, troubleshooting, and optimizing business processes on the Zoho platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting
• Design and develop Zoho extensions and marketplace applications using Node.js and JavaScript
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications via REST APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Zoho apps
• Optimize business processes for automation and efficiency

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and programming fundamentals
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data structures
• Experience or interest in Zoho CRM platform development and extensions
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Zoho extensions or marketplace app development
• Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus
• Ability to work in UST & EST time zones
