Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position based in India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services, cloud infrastructure, scripting, and production support environments.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Cloud Support Engineer

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of AWS services: IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, Load Balancing, Security, Monitoring & Audit
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and CLI tools
• Experience with Configuration Management Tools
• Proven troubleshooting & debugging skills in enterprise-level cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of scripting languages: Shell scripting or Python
• Strong communication skills to work with development teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry
• AWS certifications demonstrating proficiency and interest in cloud technologies
