Role Overview

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s ready to drive innovation and contribute to cutting-edge software development for Facility & Energy Management. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure strategies while collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and architects. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior DevOps engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Azure Bicep.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub CI.
• Monitor system performance with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Manage logs and distributed tracing with Tempo, Azure Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
• Manage cloud environments, primarily Azure, with some exposure to AWS.
• Handle containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for technology, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You bring expertise in modern DevOps practices and ideally have some development experience on the .Net tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, Azure Database, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid grasp of infrastructure and automation programming.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Development experience with C# on the .Net tech stack.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of setting up and monitoring Azure App Services, Function Apps, and Logic Apps.
