Role Overview

E2logy is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automation tools. This role offers exposure to AWS services, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code, providing a strong foundation for a career in DevOps.

You will collaborate with development and DevOps teams, supporting cloud environments, automation workflows, and internal IT infrastructure while developing practical skills in monitoring, deployment, and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

• Support and maintain AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, ECS).
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, generate reports, and assist with backups and recovery.
• Assist with access management, VPN configuration, and connectivity support.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Support infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to streamline workflows.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide support for developer workstations, including OS setup and local development environments (e.g., XAMPP, WAMP).

Networking & Troubleshooting

• Coordinate with ISPs for internet connectivity issues.
• Provide network troubleshooting support for internal development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering
• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo (Atlassian tools)
• Hands-on exposure to Docker and CI/CD concepts
• Basic Linux/Windows administration and networking knowledge
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in DevOps

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Interest in automation and cloud cost optimization

Work Environment
