Job Description
Dynatrace is looking for passionate tech professionals to join its Professional Development Program (PDP) as Technical Support Engineers. This 12-week structured program will prepare you for customer-facing engineering roles in the AI-powered observability and security domain.
Work alongside a global leader in unified observability, using state-of-the-art tools like Dynatrace AI (Davis), and gain expertise in SaaS platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Dynatrace’s SaaS and Managed platforms
- Deliver excellent customer experience across diverse technical ecosystems
- Work with SMEs and customer app teams to resolve platform or configuration issues
- Collaborate with internal teams across development, success, and product
- Attend training sessions on emerging features and technologies
- Suggest product and process improvements based on customer feedback
What Will Help You Succeed
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Customer Support / Helpdesk / SaaS Product Support
- Ability to start in September 2025
- Passion for learning AI, SaaS, DevOps, CloudOps, and Observability tools
- Self-driven, problem solver, customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with flexible schedules including weekends/public holidays
- Must be a Bengaluru-based resident
