Role Summary

Join the Enterprise Integration Platform team at DSV as a Junior IT Specialist. In this support-oriented role, you will help maintain integration processes (EDI/API), provide 2nd/3rd level support, and assist with administration and innovation projects to optimize IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for integration-related applications
• Monitor and improve support performance within SLA guidelines
• Manage assigned tasks using ITSM tools
• Document processes and share knowledge across the team
• Communicate proactively with business lines regarding incidents, requests, and changes
• Support ad-hoc integration projects as assigned by management
• Work in a global, multicultural environment under the Follow-the-Sun support model

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge of DevOps and cloud platforms: OpenStack, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD
• Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash, Groovy
• Experience with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience using SQL for data analysis
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Quick learner and team player
