Job Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification:

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, Distributed Systems, Cloud Operations, or Software Engineering.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Expertise in Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, ArgoCD/Flux.
• Strong understanding of cloud services on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software-defined networking (VPNs, BGP, interconnects).
• Proficiency in Python or Go, with reading knowledge of Java.
• Ability to debug and optimize code while automating routine tasks.
• Systematic problem-solving approach and strong communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with large-scale production Kubernetes clusters (≤1000 nodes).
• Experience developing SLIs/SLOs for production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Improve Kubernetes usage, networking, and multi-cloud connectivity (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system design, observability, and performance optimization.
• Define and instrument SLIs/SLOs and establish on-call strategies.
• Scale systems through automation and implement reliability best practices.
• Drive continuous delivery and resilience engineering across the organization.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for critical systems.
