We are building up our team in India and are looking for an IT Support & DevOps Engineer at our Pune office.

About the Role:

As an IT Support & DevOps Engineer, you will be part of a global team transforming digital services across DNV's industries. You will work with a team of developers and engineers to ensure a seamless operational environment for Veracity’s cloud-based services.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of reported customer issues and ensure thorough resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions to technical problems in cloud systems.
  • Lead incident management and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Monitor applications and services for anomalies, providing corrective actions.
  • Ensure operational best practices and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in cloud support and operations.
  • Expertise in Azure Cloud Platform and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in Azure.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration, Gitops methodology, and SLA management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
