Position Overview

Join Diebold Nixdorf as an Associate Network Engineer, where you'll support monitoring, LAN/WAN networks, and administer network hardware/software. You will assist with troubleshooting, vendor management, and ensure the stability and performance of the corporate network.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Handle service requests, incident reporting, and real-time fault alarms
• Assist with managing switches, routers, and circuit-related tasks
• Interface with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure stable operation and proactive monitoring of DN networks
• Collaborate on tickets, emails, and chat support with other teams

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with NOC operations and international client support
• Familiar with troubleshooting tools and network monitoring systems
• Scripting knowledge: Python, Ansible, Linux
• Understanding of networking concepts, routing, and firewalls
• Basic knowledge of IPsec VPNs, Palo Alto/ASA firewalls
