Job Description
Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of dental products, is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support system reliability, infrastructure monitoring, and incident response.
This role requires working onsite at Waltham, MA, at least once per week and offers opportunities for learning SRE best practices including monitoring, alerting, automation, and incident handling.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and assist troubleshooting
- Support automation to improve reliability and reduce manual tasks
- Deploy and manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure
- Apply SRE best practices: monitoring, alerting, incident response
- Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Linux system administration
- Basic scripting: Python, Bash
- Monitoring tools: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus
