This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in both development and technical support, especially in Decisions BPM platform. You’ll work on resolving complex customer issues, analyzing root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the product experience.

Requirements:

• Mandatory:

  • 1+ year experience with Decisions BPM platform.

  • Availability for 24x7 support (including weekends, if needed).

• Preferred:

  • Certification in BPM/RPA tools.
