Job Description – Associate SDET

As an Associate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will be working on validating world-class AI data platforms used in high-performance environments. This is a hybrid testing role involving automation and manual QA processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute automated/manual test cases for advanced data platforms
• Validate bug fixes and new features during development cycles
• Collaborate with a geographically distributed engineering team to understand technical specs
• Perform daily triaging of test failures and provide quality release feedback
• Participate in on-call rotations, including after-hours support if needed
• Contribute to QA metrics and product documentation validation

Skills & Tech Stack

• Scripting: Python preferred (Perl, Bash also acceptable)
• Operating Systems: Strong hands-on with GNU/Linux
• Storage Technologies: Knowledge of SAS, SATA, RAID, NVMe, NVDIMM, SSDs, Encryption, and Clustering
• Hardware Handling: Experience with NICs, Drives, and NVDIMMs
• Virtualization: Basic familiarity with VMware, HyperV, or RHEV
• Testing: QA methodology, regression, and release validation
