Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) at DBS enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. This division manages the bank’s major operational processes and aims to deliver excellence across various banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain DevOps and SRE practices to ensure performance, security, and availability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and testing using CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog)
• Monitor applications and infrastructure with tools like Grafana and ELK stack
• Proactively resolve operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Optimize application performance, manage system capacity, and improve efficiency through data analysis (PostgreSQL, SQL)
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce coding best practices
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Groovy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFROG)
• Proficiency with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and scripting languages (Python, Groovy)
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong Linux platform knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
