Job Description
We are hiring a skilled System Administrator responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop environments, system security, and cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll play a critical role in resolving user-level and system-level issues across devices and applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems
• Secure network with antivirus updates and troubleshoot antivirus issues
• Configure and troubleshoot local and network printers
• Resolve hardware issues in printers and peripherals
• Provide admin rights, remote desktop, and folder access to users
• Troubleshoot end-to-end technical problems via remote tools
• Monitor compliance for patch/DAT status on desktops and servers
• Troubleshoot Office 365 issues and escalate as needed
• Support Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Troubleshoot Citrix connection issues
• Add and manage devices in AzureAD
• Create, deploy, and manage Intune MDM policies and device configurations
• Implement app protection and device compliance policies via Intune
• Configure firewalls, switches, and manage internet leased line (ILL)
• Update and manage McAfee web control and firewall rules
• Monitor and maintain CCTV and eSSL access control systems
• Diagnose and solve networking issues using diagnostic tools
• Resolve IT tickets for hardware/software/application issues
• Set up equipment and ensure proper installation of systems and cables
• Install and repair software, hardware, and peripheral equipment

Requirements

• Experience in system administration and technical support
• Knowledge of ITIL process and Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)
• Good understanding of virtualization and cloud (VMware, OpenStack)
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
