Hiring: Cloud Engineer L1 Support

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Employment Type: Regular
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive monitoring, support, and maintenance for Dassault Systèmes' global cloud infrastructure.
- Assist L2/L3 teams through phone, email, or chat for issue resolution.
- Work in a 24x7 shift environment with rotational weekends.
- Utilize Linux, Unix scripting, and related technologies for cloud platform management.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment, both locally and remotely.
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Primary Skills: Good knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and basic cloud technology (AWS preferred).
- Additional Skills: Basics of databases, networking, and shell/Python scripting.
