We’re now accepting applications for summer internships in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad, India for the summer of 2025. These internships are across various functions including Service Operations, Service Sales, Field Service, and General Administration.

## Internship Summary

We’re looking for 4 summer interns to join our India Service Team to assist in the day-to-day operations, sales, and service delivery. You’ll work closely with field and office experts to support customer needs effectively.

## Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand Cytiva’s role and identify improvements for customer experience
• Review tools and spare inventory across India regions and suggest optimization
• Survey academic/research customers to assess equipment usage and recommend lifecycle support
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Regional Service Managers to structure operations and business reviews
• Analyze SFDC data to align funnel reviews with Cytiva best practices

## Requirements

• 3rd-year B.Tech or Diploma students in Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Fluent in English
• Team player with a structured and systematic work style
• Must be at least 18 years old
