About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of System Administrator to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensure secure system operations, and support technical education delivery across various platforms. This is a full-time opportunity to work in an established EdTech environment delivering high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and systems
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software
• Administer Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, MS Teams, and email services
• Implement IT security protocols and conduct system audits
• Manage data backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Create and manage user accounts, access control
• Provide IT support and mentor IT team members
• Configure internet routers, manage cloud systems (Azure), OneDrive, Ubuntu/Linux
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
• Participate in training, workshops, content development, technical evaluation

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/EdTech/Corporate/Institutions
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 admin tools, Linux (Ubuntu), Windows Server
• Proficiency in data backup, cloud computing, network setup, and Office 365
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any relevant field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, device driver configuration
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
