Job Role: DevOps Engineer (Junior/Mid/Senior Level)
Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 1-10 years in DevOps, system administration, or cloud engineering
Job Location: Hyderabad Telangana, India (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Shift Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST / 3 PM – 12 AM IST (B-Shifts)

Job Overview:
Cozen Technology Solutions Inc is seeking talented DevOps Engineers with 1-10 years of experience to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, monitor system health, and ensure secure and compliant software releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation pipelines for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
- Manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
- Monitor systems to detect performance bottlenecks and resolve outages
- Collaborate effectively between development and operations teams to streamline releases
- Implement security best practices and manage access controls for compliance
Required Skills:
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git, GitHub, or GitLab
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Internship or practical experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or system administration
