Job Description:

Join Cornerstone OnDemand as a Junior Engineer - .NET, working in an agile team to design and develop secure, high-performance web applications. This role involves both front-end and back-end development using .NET, ReactJS, Angular, Kafka, SQL, and more. You will participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, ReactJS, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Support front-end and back-end development focusing on user experience and system performance.
• Maintain documentation for new and existing features.
• Research and recommend new technologies and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate in team meetings and project planning activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong fundamentals in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in client frameworks: ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
• Basic UI/UX principles understanding.
• Analytical skills, data structures, and algorithms knowledge.
• Exposure to Data Science, AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for technology and learning.
