Job Summary:

As a Cloud Virtualization Engineer, you’ll manage the day-to-day provisioning, operation, and maintenance of our virtual infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for automation, cloud services, and infrastructure excellence, capable of working in a high-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer VMware, Avaya, Cisco, and other virtualization technologies
Provide Tier III support and incident resolution
Monitor performance, ensure system availability and capacity
Support daily operations, preventative maintenance, and upgrades
Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
Follow Change and Incident Management procedures
Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation
Support customer escalations and cutovers
Communicate and coordinate technical activities
Conduct environmental audits

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience with VMware vSphere administration
Experience in large enterprise technical environments
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong focus on service delivery and process optimization
Experience supporting multi-vendor virtualization technologies
Automation scripting and cloud platform proficiency
Proven success in delivering lights-out data center operations
