Job Role: Junior Support Engineer
Qualification: BE in Computer Science / Software Engineering, MCA, or other relevant education with strong tech experience
Experience: 1-3 years
Job Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Model, Some Travel Required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ticket documentation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and document procedures
- Contribute to feature development with senior developers
- Assist with software builds and deployments
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in NodeJS and Angular (or other front-end technologies)
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS (preferred)
- Understanding of PHP, .Net, C#, SQL Server, RESTful API, MVC architecture (a plus)
- Familiarity with Unit Testing, CI/CD, Code Quality tools
- Willingness to learn Flutter for mobile development
- Understanding of ITIL processes, Agile, Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, BMC tool
