Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft and Apple environments
• Address hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install and support end-user devices (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Use MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Airwatch, Kandji)
• Manage tickets via Jira, ServiceNow, or Manage Engine
• Document technical processes and SOPs
• Apply patches and upgrades on devices
• Ensure security and compliance

Skills Required

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac/iOS/Android
• Knowledge of MDM, compliance, endpoint protection
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle remote support independently
