Job Description

Concept Infoway is seeking an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer to manage, monitor, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure. The role includes automating deployments, ensuring high availability, and supporting DevOps workflows across AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot AWS / Azure Active Directory, IAM, user policies
• Implement IPS, WAF, DDoS protection, and firewall settings
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and security controls
• Perform infrastructure health checks, backups, patching, and system updates
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation
• Deploy and manage Linux/Unix and Windows-based systems
• Set up Apache/Nginx, reverse-proxy, and load balancers
• Manage RDS, MySQL, MongoDB, and perform routine database maintenance
• Create CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, AWS CodeDeploy, or Azure Pipelines
• Container orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes
• Implement protocols like NFS, SAMBA, FTP
• Automate log rotation, cron jobs, and backups using Bash/Python scripts
• Maintain server/app-level permissions and patching schedules
• Write clear documentation for deployment and infrastructure procedures

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP / IBM Cloud
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, firewalls, and network access controls
• Experience with application hosting technologies like Node.js, Laravel, WordPress
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and DevSecOps best practices
• Skilled in scripting for automation (Bash, Python, Shell)
• Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
