Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to support business and customer needs
• Work with leading technologies and products like Cisco, HP, Aruba, etc.
• Use monitoring tools like SolarWinds and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Provide high-quality service and manage assigned tickets effectively
• Communicate clearly with customers to prevent escalations and improve satisfaction
• Maintain SLA performance targets
• Follow compliance policies and procedures
• Keep your technical skills up to date with industry standards

Required Skills

• Strong interest in networking and IT technology (No prior experience required)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
• Willingness to learn and grow in network support and monitoring
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow documented procedures and processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues with guidance
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
