Job Description:
Cloudvice is looking for a skilled and proactive System Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, especially in a software/IT services environment. The selected candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of company systems while supporting technical teams in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and networks for uninterrupted business operations
• Provide prompt support for hardware/software issues across internal teams
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Offer technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain IT asset records, license compliance, and hardware inventory
• Implement strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard digital assets
• Manage IT vendors and procurement processes
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance
• Mentor IT team members and promote innovation in IT services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience in software or IT services
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack (Office 365, Azure, Virtual Desktops, etc.)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with data protection laws, IT governance, and compliance
