Job Description

CloudNXT is hiring Cloud Support Engineers to work with Azure infrastructure and services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to kickstart their careers in Cloud Support and DevOps Engineering, a high-demand and high-CPC domain in IT.

As part of the cloud support team, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), IAM policies, user groups, and Azure deployments. This is a full-time role based in Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Support Azure AD Identity & Access Management (IAM), including:
  • Users, Groups, Roles, Policies, Applications, Directories, Admin Units
• Provide assistance in Azure deployments and maintenance
• Manage tickets, alerts, task logs, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related technical issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine support processes
• Develop and document cloud procedures and best practices
