Position Overview – DevOps Engineer (Fresher)

CloudNexus is hiring enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about DevOps engineering, cloud platforms, and automation technologies. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a high-growth career in Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Work with virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud security basics.
• Support cloud cost optimization and resource monitoring.

CI/CD & Automation

• Learn and assist in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with development and cloud teams.
• Document workflows, processes, and deployment steps.
• Learn enterprise DevOps best practices and security basics.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Fresher with a degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts, SDLC, and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – basics).
• Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to learn cloud security, monitoring, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
