Job Summary
CloudIQ Solutions is seeking passionate Cloud Engineers with up to 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and KQL. You'll be responsible for proactive monitoring, creating alerts and dashboards, and resolving Azure infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor Azure infrastructure and provide timely solutions for alerts
• Create and maintain monitoring alerts and dashboards
• Update clients with incident alerts and resolutions
• Perform cost optimization and implement permanent fixes for recurring alerts
• Conduct Disaster Recovery testing and address replication health issues
• Apply server patch updates as required
• Adhere to SLA guidelines and follow defined escalation processes

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Resource Creation
  • Azure Alerts & Dashboard setup
  • Log Analytics Workspace
  • NSG, Azure Disks, Snapshots
  • Boot Diagnostics, Performance Monitoring
  • Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel
  • Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery
• Solid understanding and application of KQL (Kusto Query Language)
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)

Nice to Have

• AZ-104 Certification
• Familiarity with support ticketing and ITSM tools
• Basic understanding of ITIL or support processes
