About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer at CleverTap, you will manage, maintain, and optimize operations that keep our cloud platform secure, scalable, and highly available. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve infrastructure security, availability, and performance.
- Execute and enhance standard operating procedures.
- Deploy cloud infrastructure with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Work on application deployment using Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Contribute to platform architecture discussions and scalability improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of DevOps experience in production environments.
- Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
- On-call support experience for production systems.
Good to Have:
- Proficiency in Golang or Java.
- AWS DevOps Certification.
- Experience with large-scale cloud-native systems.
