Role & Responsibilities
- Independently own the design and execution of high-impact projects
- Identify bottlenecks across business processes and design strategic solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and risk mitigation
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business risk
- Monitor project milestones and maintain rigorous documentation and review cadences
- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics
- Extract and analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to tackle diverse business issues
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and undefined problem statements
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and ownership
