Job Description:
Join ClearRoute as an SDET Engineer specializing in cloud-based test automation frameworks. Work in a dynamic environment focusing on shift-left testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform automation with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks in C# .NET, Python, or Java
• Implement shift-left testing strategies for early defect detection
• Design and execute automated/manual tests for web apps, APIs, and microservices
• Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and product teams for CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Build cloud-based automated test pipelines and environments using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Conduct performance, security, and reliability testing as part of end-to-end QA
• Troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in code reviews and QA strategy planning
• Drive continuous QA process improvements

Required Skills:

• 4+ years hands-on experience in software testing and automation
• Proficiency in C# .NET (preferred), Python, or Java
• Strong background in test automation framework development
• Knowledge of shift-left testing methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud testing environments (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Self-driven with ability to work in fast-paced hybrid settings
