Key Responsibilities

• Manage AWS cloud environments in a microservices architecture ensuring high availability, auto-scaling, security, and 99.99% uptime.
• Perform production deployments with zero downtime and automated rollback.
• Follow PCI-compliant change control procedures.
• Provide 3rd line technical support for infrastructure-related issues.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for performance, cost optimization, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, deployment blockers, and automation failures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-1 year of DevOps experience.
• Basic understanding of AWS core services and cloud concepts.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Unix/Linux scripting knowledge (Bash, Python).
• Understanding of containerization concepts (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to document and share technical knowledge effectively.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Cloud certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solution Architect.
