About the Role

Clarivate is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join their data-driven team. This role is ideal for new graduates interested in software development, big data engineering, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions for big data processing and analytics
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and/or Python
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and Spark
• Implement and enhance data transformation and integration processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation
• Assist in performance tuning of existing applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with Java and/or Python
