Clarion Technologies is hiring a Senior SQL Developer with expertise in handling large datasets and optimizing database performance. As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will play a key role in data warehousing and support analytics infrastructure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries on large-scale datasets
• Enhance query performance, indexing, and data access strategies
• Design and maintain Data Warehouse schemas for reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with BI developers and stakeholders to meet reporting needs
• Implement and manage robust data pipelines for ETL/ELT workflows
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data systems

🔹 Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Expert-level SQL: joins, CTEs, indexing, partitioning, performance tuning
• Stored Procedures, Views, Functions
• Experience in MS SQL Server, Azure SQL
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling

🔹 Good To Have:

• Job scheduling via SQL Server Agent
• Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS Tabular, Power BI
• Basic scripting in C#, PowerShell, etc.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
• 5+ years in SQL development in enterprise-level environments
• 2+ years in data warehouse development and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of BI Tools like Power BI / Tableau is a plus

🔹 Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Agile / Scrum team experience preferred
• Self-driven and capable of working independently or in hybrid teams
