Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot IT-related problems to minimize downtime
• Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software as required
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security
• Document IT support activities and resolutions accurately
• Assist in hardware/software deployment and setup across the organization
• Train staff on new systems and IT best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to solve complex issues
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards

Required Skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Troubleshooting network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and enterprise software
• Experience with peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity protocols
• Strong diagnostic and resolution capabilities
• Good communication and user support skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
