Job Description

Cision is hiring Insights Quality Analysts to ensure excellence in delivering analytics-driven insights to its global clientele. This is a remote opportunity perfect for professionals looking to work in data quality assurance, reporting analysis, and customer satisfaction insights.

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll work with large datasets to identify trends, uncover root causes, and lead performance improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with global internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes of performance gaps
• Create performance scorecards and KPI dashboards for executive reporting
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive quality assurance strategies
• Evaluate SLAs/KPIs, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction scores
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce error rates
• Conduct statistical analysis to support QA outcomes and business decisions
• Standardize QA tools, techniques, and reporting processes
