This position is with Cisco’s Webex Technical Support team. Webex provides leading cloud communications platforms that enable enterprises to automate customer interactions and deliver seamless experiences across 10+ channels. As part of this team, you'll be building a scalable multichannel customer engagement platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain IT systems, applications, and software, resolving technical issues with proactive problem-solving.
• Resolve application issues, perform root cause analysis, and handle client relations in collaboration with the Infrastructure/Service Support teams.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability using cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
• Deploy regular code updates across Dev/QA/Staging environments with minimal downtime.
• Understand client business needs, prioritize tasks, and guide clients through platform setup and usage.
• Collaborate with development teams for deeper investigation into issues and solutions.
• Maintain documentation and playbooks for system operations and support.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share domain knowledge.
• Work in a Change Management and Ticketing environment (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Proactively address recurring issues and automate processes.

Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll join a diverse and innovative team responsible for ensuring seamless operation of Cisco's Webex applications. You’ll collaborate with multi-functional teams, including IT, SRE, and DevOps, to maintain platform scalability and reliability.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), Linux server management, Python scripting, database administration, and various DevOps tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Hands-on management of MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and log management tools like ELK stack.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Linux, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in Python scripting and automating tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Skills:

• Cloud-based infrastructure support (AWS, Azure).
• Linux server maintenance and management.
• Python scripting for automation.
• MySQL and MongoDB database management.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd.
• Experience with SMS, RCS, and MMS channel protocols is an added advantage.
