Circles is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Engineers (SRE) who are passionate about automation, reliability engineering, and AI-driven systems.

This role offers an opportunity to develop automation frameworks, enhance system reliability, and work on next-generation AI-integrated operational tools. Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want to grow in SRE, DevOps, and Cloud Automation domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining automation frameworks and reliability tools.
• Support incident management, including monitoring, alerting, and automation.
• Develop and enhance runbook automation to reduce manual interventions.
• Build and maintain data-driven automation solutions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI and Generative AI in SRE workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and availability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (GoLang knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of SRE principles, incident/change management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to data engineering pipelines and data processing frameworks.
• Awareness or interest in AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and reliability.
