✅ Collaborate with global IT and business users to understand requirements and configure solutions.
✅ Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of application resources (Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, Automation Scripts, Integration Tools).
✅ Support the IT Applications Team in application configuration and optimization.
✅ Help end users interpret system outputs and troubleshoot issues.
✅ Assist in planning and supporting new functionality releases and periodic system updates.
