• Process: International Voice Process (North American Customers)
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Training: 1 month (6 days/week, day shift)
• Post-Training Schedule: 5 days/week (Sat-Sun off)

Responsibilities:

• Provide voice-based technical support to North American customers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Handle OS-level problems and guide users on common technical resolutions.
• Ensure SLA compliance and ticket resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication (Voice support)
• Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
• Experience or knowledge of:
  • OS troubleshooting (Windows XP, 8, 10)
  • VPNs, AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP
  • Ticketing systems and SLA handling
